Join me for our Autumn Retreat weekend at the exquisite Powerscourt Springs Health Farm located in picturesque Wicklow. Relax, restore and renew as we enter the new season of Autumn at this stunning health farm surrounded by nature and tranquillity. Focused on you, you’ll have the space for self-reflection, awareness and acceptance. The weekend will provide you with coaching, Hatha Yoga, meditation, sound healing, journaling and Yoga Nidra over two wonderful days.
