AFTER YOU HAVE MADE YOUR REQUEST

All submissions are requests only until your booking is confirmed. You will receive an email booking confirmation for your treatments in advance of your stay. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours to receive your email confirmation and all requests are subject to availability.

All treatments are safe for pregnancy after 12 weeks.

The Spa reserves the right to move any treatments up to 30 minutes before or after original allocated time - the Spa Coordinator will contact you in advance to advise of any possible changes.

ON THE DAY: Please present to the Spa Lounge 10 minutes prior to your treatment time where we request that you to complete a Spa Health Consultation Card which are waiting in the Lounge. Your therapist will then collect you at your treatment time.

BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a deposit to secure all bookings with a flexible re-scheduling policy. Please note, the booking deposit will be held in the event of a cancellation for any reason and is non-refundable. You can re-schedule your reservation as many times as you wish outside of 72 hours using the same booking deposit.  Any cancellations made up to 72 hours before arrival for any reason without rearranging dates will forfeit the deposit. Any cancellations made within 72 hours for any reason will automatically incur the full reservation charge.
