FOREST BATHING
Enjoy Guided Forest Bathing in our private woodland every Saturday and Sunday at 12pm. Arrive early on your day of arrival or stay a little later after checkout and why not enjoy lunch afterwards. Price: 15pp | 45mins.

MEET THE ALPACAS
All guests are invited to relax with our Alpacas in their paddock for as long as you wish during your stay.
Alpacas are therapy animals who are gentle, elegant, inquisitive, intelligent and observant. Did you know? When hosting outdoor Yoga Classes during fine weather, our classes will be held in the Alpaca Paddock.

DRY FLOAT THERAPY
A unique and must-try relaxation experience. This treatment deeply relaxes the body as you lie on a heated water bed with soothdng jets and meditation playing. It feels as if you are floating in a womb. Experience time 40mins - 55pp. This experience can be chosen as your included treatment in all Day + Stay Spa Breaks.
