 Kate and Sarah are cousins with a passion for Yoga and wellness:

Our hope is for you to leave your retreat feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated in body and mind, with a re-connection and better understanding of the main energetic points within.

The weekend will include a mix of relaxing and energetic yoga practices. We will bring our love of Vinyasa, Yin, Kirtan (chanting of mantra with accompaniment) and Kriya Yoga practices to you.
